We are seeking a Sub-Prior to help establish and lead the newly forming Community of St Paulinus (CsP) — a vibrant, prayerful, missional community at Sheffield Cathedral that will resource renewal in the inclusive sacramental tradition.

You will:

Recruit, mentor and support missioners anchored in Cathedral life but deployed in urban parish partnerships
Lead and shape the spiritual and practical life of the Community
Help to deepen the Cathedral’s overall mission of prayer, sacramental worship, and social justice
Plant new worshipping communities at the Cathedral including a charismatic catholic congregation
