EXCITING INTERIM POST

PRIEST IN CHARGE, ST BUDEAUX AND PIONEER MINISTER, ST CHAD (BMO)

Full time for 3 years

An opportunity for a pioneer minister with experience of parish ministry in an evangelical setting. We are looking for someone able to form and communicate a clear vision for both churches.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is able to communicate vision; has a heart for renewal; is comfortable with charismatic worship and can encourage evangelism.

• Has a flexible and creative approach to worship.

• Recognises and encourages the gifts of church members.

• Is able to interact and develop links with all ages.

• Is a visionary leader and is community minded.

• Is creative and relational; able to bring out the best in people with or without faith.

• Is comfortable engaging with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, especially in an urban estate setting.

We offer:

• A 4-bedroom house.

• Two excellent LLWs at St Chad’s with an experienced leadership team.

• Two Churchwardens, full PCC, worship team and band at St Budeaux.
